This was a first-time purchase of a Harley-Davidson bike for me, and I was truly grateful that the entire team at Summit were focused on making sure it a good experience. Michael Uresk and Jeff (?) were the two main Sales point men and I was impressed with their low pressure approach to making sure I was happy with my final selection and with the overall experience that included test driving two separate models (Ultra Limited and Road Glide Limited). Bert Dutcher in the Parts department was a wizard at looking up the four or five accessories that I was interested in and then checking availability and pricing form me. Finally, HighTower brought it all together at the end to make sure all the paperwork was in order and the overall experience was one that I would remember for years to come.
